The following information is published in accordance with § 3a of Act No. 513/1991 Coll., the Commercial Code of the Slovak Republic (Obchodný zákonník), and § 4 of Act No. 22/2004 Coll. on Electronic Commerce.

The company is represented externally by its executive officer(s) (konateľ) registered in the Commercial Register. Each executive officer acts independently in the name of the company unless otherwise stipulated in the Articles of Association.

The supervisory authority for consumer-facing trade activities is the Slovak Trade Inspection (Slovenská obchodná inšpekcia, SOI), the regional inspectorate competent for the registered office of the company.

Under Act No. 391/2015 Coll. on Alternative Dispute Resolution and EU Regulation No. 524/2013, consumers domiciled in the European Union may submit disputes arising from contracts concluded with the company to alternative dispute resolution (ARS) or to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform.

• European ODR platform. Available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Personal data is processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection. The company acts as a data controller (prevádzkovateľ) for personal data submitted via this website, including the contact form, e-mail correspondence, and recruitment applications.

This website uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for its operation. No analytics, advertising, or third-party tracking cookies are set without prior consent.
